Poor sterilization techniques, or none at all. Starting in 2015!!! Just imagine how many of our children and patients with immune deficient problems could have become infected or died from this man's negligence and laziness. It doesn't say much for his staff either since they knew this was happening and did nothing about it. SHAME ON YOU DR TINSLEY! You we're a talented, highly likable orthodontist who got greedy and sloppy, at the expense of your patients health.
So far our ortho experience has been wonderful!!! I can't thank the staff enough for making Josh feel so comfortable through this process!!
