Dr Hiltz was neither friendly nor kind throughout our discussion. He scoffed at the truths I told him in confidence and did not make me feel as if he was there to help -rather, in his rude, negligent and arrogant manner of conduct, it felt as if he would rather not be bothered to help me. I will NOT be returning to him.
