Visit was exceptional. Haven't been able to really hear in a long time. Was fitted with Oticon hearing aids. They were all programmed for me. No batteries. Nightly charging. Dr. Herholtz and his very competent office manager, Rachael were professional and friendly.
I recently had the pleasure of seeing Dr William Herholtz @ APEX AUDIOLOGY on Woodmen, across from Penrose St. Francis Hospital. As a healthcare provider, with a profound hearing loss, and as a person who has worn Hearing Aids for nearly 30yrs, I highly recommend him without hesitation. I visited Dr. Herholtz at his Woodman office in Colorado Springs. As always, he is very professional and knowledgeable. I have been seeing Dr. Herholtz for over 10 years and find him to be thorough, he explains procedures, his diagnosis, and suggested path to achieve better hearing. I definitely recommend Dr. Herholtz to anyone needing an audiologist.
