He was very warm and inviting. So was his student. I’d like to ses better warmth from the assistant who takes you back, as well as the one taking vitals. We were new to the practice and we didn’t feel welcome. Made me question if Dr. Estes was the same, but we loved him! Thank you for tending to my shy girl! Ladies upfront were awesome!
Prior to the appointment I received SIX (6) text messages and at least THREE (3) emails reminding me of the appointment and to fill out the forms. The DR had an emergency surgery - I get it things happen and I am FINE with that. Appt. was over an hour late ZERO emails and/or text messages informing me of the delay. The office clearly has my # and email. Would appreciate it if my time was also valued.
I fell on the weekend and after a visit to the ER, was directed to see an orthopaedic surgeon. A friend recommended Dr. Estes, and surprisingly the website said he was accepting new patients. I called, explained my situation, and was given an appointment this afternoon! Everyone was very professional and Dr. Estes told me that I would be fine and not need any further treatment. Not what I expected to hear but definitely what I WANTED to hear!!

A wonderful, caring physician who spends time with his patients. He’s been my orthopedic doctor for many years and I’m extremely satisfied with his care. Highly recommend!
