I had a fabulous experience with Dr Edwards. His knowledge and expertise were incredible and the results amazing.
Best to find another surgeon. Booked in to see William because I saw an Orthotics at that same clinic. However, I realised William could not help me. I had scans done at Melbourne radiology and he could not access them. I asked his receptionist repeatedly which radiology do I use and they said any. William could not access the scans and wanted me to get them redone at another radiology place after I already paid for them through Work-cover. Wanted me to spend another $1,500. Will Edwards performed bunion correction surgery on my left foot, and I cannot rave highly enough about his work. In the lead up to my surgery, I heard so much from colleagues and acquaintances about how painful this surgery is, or how they had been told by surgeons that it requires six weeks in bed… With Will, I was off my feet for just two weeks, and had hardly any pain. Highly recommend!
I cannot speak highly enough of Will Edwards and the care that I received. The staff were exceptional, professional and extremely helpful. Mr Edwards is extremely professional and his vast knowledge and expertise is so very reassuring when you are about to go a surgery. Everything he said that was going to happen happened. I listened to what he said as far as what to do post surgery and everything he said helped with the healing process. I can recommend this amazing surgeon and was grateful having him take care of me.
