Dr. William Edward Humphries is an arrogant man. In March 2019, he suggested my husband have a surgery to place a stint in a narrowed artery to improve blood flow. Dr. Humphries sold the surgery as a simple procedure that wasn’t a big deal. Well, Dr. Humphries caused my husband to have a massive stroke during surgery.
