Saw Kayla for the first time for full highlight and hair cut. I have a lot of hair and it can take longer than expected. When discussing my cut and hair type, she suggested re-scheduling my cut for another day in order to allow plenty of time. I returned 2 weeks later to get my cut. I was a great cut and I received a lot of compliments. She also styled it very well! Just so ya all know Kayla no longer works here. Also for a hair appointment wait is 4 weeks. No thanks!
Went today for my 2:00 appointment to be told that my stylist is no longer there. Also told that the only stylist they had was working her last day today. Got a text reminder yesterday and today of my appointment. They are no longer doing hair. They said they had left a voice message but they never did call me. Not to happy. Been going there for years and have always loved it.
I went up to Williams Edge today to pick up some pomade and the door was locked and lights were off!!! I double checked the store hours to see if they were closed today and it says "open ". I feel someone should of least stuck on the door stating "closed " or something that way people aren't wasting a trip.
