Totally worthless visit.I would never recommend Dr Eckhart. He is a rude, unsympathetic and apparently ignorant Dr. I went trying to understand my neuropathy about a huge neck surgery. After explaining what the surgery was ( shouldn’t he as a Dr know what a laminoplasty is?) he said he couldn’t give me any indication as to how my nerves would recover if at all. This is not about the doctor himself. It's about the way the office handles the patients. My referral wasn't done properly last year, so I did not get to have a test completed when my deductible had already been met. Mind you no skin off their back. Just money out of my own pocket. I just called to find out what was going on and they told me I needed to take accountability when they're the ones that messed up in the first place.
