Great experience, great rates!
I was told that my auto rate would be locked in until a change was made or I remove or add a vehicle. That's the only reason I decided to switch companies. A year later I received an increase. When I reached out to Mills I was told that the agent was new and unfortunately there's nothing that they can do.
