seems that every time i have even a minor issue they always put other patients in higher regards than me. i figured the other patients were more urgent so at first i did not mind but over time many months into my treatment for cancer, i discovered that even when my situation was far more urgent , the other patients were immediately top priority when it came to conversing with the medical office assistants on the phone. i am not sure what i need to be or do to be of equal value as the other patients that i found out had no gr... read more
It is unfair to the good folk there that give their all at the Cancer Center but the ones that are the trouble makers is why i have to post 1 star. too many times i call on the behalf of my loved one that has terminal cancer and i am confronted with the receptionists that sound like they do not want to be there and often they are closed at the reception desk stop receiving phone calls an hour before actual closing time. Once is ok time to time sometimes there are technical errors or someone leaves early due to illness. I am ... read more
Dr. Haider and all of the staff are incredibly kind. No one actually wants to go to a cancer center, but they all made the experience more palatable.
