A satisfied customer – Both of my children were patients of Dr. Hershberger. They have beautiful smiles and yes, they did wait on occasion but that was because of his concern for the patient's needs. The assistants have always been wonderful and have always made the kids feel comfortable. I have never had any issues with them at all. Dr. Hershberger always did what was best for my children, which on occasion meant he would show concern if they needed to be reminded about wearing elastics or brushing their teeth. best orthodontist – As a former patient, mother of three former patients and as a dental professional, I feel I must respond to a previous review by prisspot. Never once did Dr. Hershberger show anything less that caring and concern toward me and my three children. The atmosphere in the offfice was one of professionalism, often times lighthearted and sometimes frim. Not once did he or his staff treat us with indifference or malice. Big mistake, a nasty place, go somewhere else! – Dr. Hershberger may seem nice at first, but don't be fooled. He constantly yells at my daughter about her oral hygiene. She brushes her teeth more then she's suppost to. He has crossed over the line numerous times and actually yelled (as in actually yelling) at her and made her feel uncomfortable. He told her that she has bad teeth and that they won't look pretty when she gets her braces off. There are a few nice assistants, but there is one that is just nasty who my child has... read more
