To begin, Dr. Dowdell was perhaps having a bad day because I felt rushed and as though he was not really interested nor paying attention. The WORST part of my visit and afterwards is that the staff is not the most pleasant and the staff, after 3 weeks, did not do anything the doctor ordered as far as calling to get me new supplies and a new CPAP machine.
