The woodland village board of directors selected the William Douglas company approximately a year and a half ago. When I first met Summer at our first board meeting with her my first impression was that she was awfully Young. And I thought someone so young could not be an effective property manager. Summer proved me wrong immediately, she is a very capable young lady and has helped us in many ways especially in emergency situations. The board feels lucky to have Summer as our property manager.
Summer Wise, our community manager, provided prompt service, great communication and follow up. I am so appreciative of her approachable nature and responsiveness when assisting me. Thank you Summer!
