WMD Mgt wants us to believe Summer's random arbitrary decisions, that she puts in place and removes at her own whim, without notice to the resident, is because of some rule or policy. WMD: I've read every single letter of every single document. Summer has created rules of her own, made changes to rules that already exist, and does not update documentation honestly. Very responsible and that’s the best management company I ever used.
I couldn't disagree more. Summer has been completely unprofessional and sneaky. I'm a resident and end receiver of her unprofessional communications, instead of any sort of honest communication of one of her latest arbitrary decisions to the resident it affects - before acting on it. Just tell us Summer! You could have avoided A LOT of trouble today by being straightforward!
