There is a reason Dr Douglas has such great reviews. Everything about him and this office is what you imagine healthcare should be but which it rarely is. The appointment was on time. The staff were all considerate and helpful. Dr Douglas asked a lot of questions and actually listened to my answers after which he did a very thorough functional exam. Dr. Douglas at Sunnyview Musculoskeletal Medicine has been exactly what I expect from healthcare today. He and his staff are attentive, considerate and use the tools necessary to make the best judgment call so I don’t have to waste time getting other opinions or appointments, instead of the typical poke, prod and guess method that does nothing but frustrate people in many cases.
