The previous staff and wait times were amazing. Unfortunately, service has gone downhill since the transition to the new doctor and reception staff. I’ve repeatedly had trouble getting my prescription - my prior prescription was never provided, and after being forced back for a new fitting, I still wasn’t given my new prescription. I waited 30 minutes for an optional final fitting check without being seen or receiving any update from the staff. I am still waiting to receive my prescription.
