We called as a new customer at 6 PM on a Sunday evening. The large competitor company in our area (with whom we have a contract) told me the soonest they could come out was Tuesday! These guys promptly returned my call and arrived WITHIN THE HOUR! Could not have asked for better quality of service. HIGHLY recommend.
