I’ll just keep the majority of comments to myself. However the receptionist deffinently needs to be more curteous and polite to patients when on the phone and entering for an appointment! My patient survey satisfaction rating would’ve been higher if this one thing wasn’t an issue.

Dr Banks removes a bunion years ago and I recently came back for a more complicated surgery requiring correction of a deformed bone in my foot (little toe) and removal of a bunion on the big toe of the left foot. Dr Banks is the only podiatrist I trust to do this procedure, and it went perfectly! Dr Banks’ professionalism, bedside manner and caring nature shows his genuine compassion and care for his patients!! I consider myself blessed to live in his practice area!!

I have seen Dr. Banks and several of his other doctors in his practice. Dr. Banks is a great listener and explains everything appropriately. Very little wait time and very quick visits. Never have felt rushed or unwelcomed. Have been worked in many times without an appointment. He is amazing and so is his staff. The welcome you by name and say goodbye by name. Very friendly and professional environment.

Not a good diagnostician. After a year of seeing him and the loss of two toenails, I saw a dermatologist who dealt with a combination fungal and bacterial infection in my big toes. In fact, although I can’t prove it, I suspect the cellulitis in my lower leg was a product of the poor treatment. A friend of mine saw him for toe pain for which he wanted to operate, turns out it was gout which she managed to diagnose on her own. I would not recommend Dr Banks.

Business response:

Sorry we did not meet your needs. We strive to provide excellent care and have a very loyal following. In the future, a direct conversation would be helpful. We also have 5 other doctors in our practice that are available.

Dr. Banks did surgery on my toes and my toes ache daily and have trouble wearing shoes. Two toes turn up and the rest are crooked. I will never go to this man again and recommend no one else does!! He made the comment to me that yes they were bad but I would just have to live with it.

Business response:

We are sorry that you were not satisfied with your result. It is rare, but certainly possible, that surgery does not resolve a complaint. It is unusual that other options can not be provided. If you will contact us, we will review your records and reevaluate your care.
