Horrible. My dad, who was a patient of Dr. Astins for sometime, passed away. Myself and the funeral home have been fighting with this office to sign his death certificate; at the time of this review I have been trying for over 2 weeks. It's lame excuses as to why the Dr can't sign it. The funeral home and myself have called multiple times and never get a call back. And before my dad passed and was sick I called the office and explained what was going on and asked for the nurse to call me back and she never did. If you value ... read more
It is a shame that I have to write this review because Dr. Astin is a good man and a wonderful MD. That being said, the rest of the staff at his location is horrible. My wife has been dealing with kidney stones for almost a month. She has tried calling them numerous times to get a referral to a urologist and no one will call her back. I have had issues with them as well. They did not know where to send a prior authorization for a prescription after getting my insurance information.
