Today was a huge disappointment that started with "Mexlee"; who was openly rude and unprofessional to me. (My family have been loyal patients of Dr. Altig for more than 15yrs, so I can attest this is uncharacteristic behavior from their OG staff) We had 3 appointments scheduled and upon arrival I was upset regarding another issue with my child so I delayed walking into the office until I calmed down. Just wanted to say Dr Altig and all his staff are the very best and I don’t go anywhere else they are professionals
They could work more on customer service skills. I felt more like just another number instead of an existing client. Very transactional and the optometrist assistant was very demanding/almost rude, no please or thank you. They still got the job done but I would be open to going to another place next time though I’ve been an existing client.
I have been going to Altig Optical for around 7 years and have never once had a bad experience. Dr Altig and Dr Reynolds are amazing and courteous. Always professional. Very wonderful staff
