I came in with back pain. Dr Conaway is not helpful and not determined to figure out the issue.
Dr. Conaway is an exceptional doctor. He is very caring and compassionate. He listens to you and does not rush you. He makes sure he answers all your questions. He really goes above and beyond.
It’s unfortunate that I’m writing this review because Dr. Conaway/Nicole were very nice, however the lack of communication is unacceptable. I went to see Dr. Conaway about a back injury and he wanted to do an MRI. Nicole said she would send it through and I would get a call within a few days about setting it up. A week later I never got a call, so I called the office and Nicole said “oh, I forgot to put the order in.” I was obviously upset, but know that humans make mistakes sometimes.
