It’s unfortunate that I’m writing this review because Dr. Conaway/Nicole were very nice, however the lack of communication is unacceptable. I went to see Dr. Conaway about a back injury and he wanted to do an MRI. Nicole said she would send it through and I would get a call within a few days about setting it up. A week later I never got a call, so I called the office and Nicole said “oh, I forgot to put the order in.” I was obviously upset, but know that humans make mistakes sometimes. Dr. Conaway is an amazing person! He’s not only a highly skilled spine surgeon, he’s also compassionate, personable, down to earth, and he genuinely cares for his patient’s! I’m had wonderful experience with his care over the last 7 months and couldn’t recommend him more!
Dr Conaway is a true professional with an understanding personality.
Dr. Conaway is the best! He investigates every possible solution before jumping to a surgical procedure. He also has a way of making you feel as though you are his only patient. I will continue to use ONLY Dr. Conaway for my back issues. I can’t recommend him enough!
