Not a caring individual as evidenced by his snotty staff and inattention to pain medicine refill requests for a stage 4 Cancer patient. I tried several times by phone to have my paid meds prescriptions electronically submitted to my pharmacy; first request on a Friday was ignored, next telephone request was ignored until a personal visit to his office was made. Don't know what I'd do without Dr Jackson--he's my pcp as well as pain management doctor. I'm friends on FB with husband's pcp and decided to look for mine!
