From my initial phone call, speaking with Amanda in the office gave me a sense of calm as I shared my situation and inquired about being a potential patient. Dr. Cohen was kind, thorough and reassuring has he explained step by step what the process could look like and possible treatment. My husband and I are truly grateful for his expertise as a specialist/surgeon and his care. Thank you Dr. Cohen!!
Although he's a decent surgeon, staff is horrible. Short version: Whoever answers the phones is gatekeeping appointments again. This was an issue in the past, I told him what happened and he was confused. During our follow-up, he said it was resolved after some kind of meeting, that there are *always* openings, but they're back to it again. Asked her why I can't see him for three weeks and her only reply was "he is unavailable".
