When , after looking at my MRI and other imaging, a pain specialist and another respected neurosurgeon flatly said that I would need a spinal fusion to stop the constant, excruciating sciatic pain which I was experiencing, my surgeon son-in-law insisted that I also see Dr. Choi for another opinion.
