I've been going to Charles, the owner, for 12+ years. I drive an hour from the foothills to see him. He is in the Fair Oaks village which I think is growing and a place to go. He still will do 'highlights' when I probably have needed a full color for years (I know you're smiling at this Charles). His salon is always clean, welcoming and chic. His prices are great
I remember getting a hair fix here once. Never came back. Happy with that decision. Remember it being more expensive than I bargened for and not the results I wanted. Remember being urged to get my before and after picture taken even after I said no. I ran out of reasons for not wanting my picture taken. So there you go. Just randomly relived that memory. Never had an issue like this elsewhere.
