Eric, an electrician at William Charles, connected our ground line after our main went in (via a city contract). He was quick, clean, efficient; and most importantly respectful of my home, time, and walk through of the completed work. If this is how the company operates normally, then I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you Eric!
