This is the best endo I've had.... Great guy and excellent doctor.
Dr. Chapin seemed okay in the office. He appeared to listen and discuss. However, after the labs came back there has been no follow up call on what we discussed. I feel left to manage on my own. It’s been a week since the labs results. There should have been at least a nurse calling with a plan. I will not go back.
I really felt like Dr Chapin listened to my challenges & helped me come up with a do-able plan to manage my diabetes. I am really happy with his staff too. From the front desk to the back office I feel supported & taken care of. They are great at their jobs
