The negative reviews don't paint the true picture of this Doctor. He EXPLAINED in DETAIL what was wrong with me. I have NEVER had a doctor actually do that. Not to mention he is a very very understanding doctor. Although I'm scheduling to have my surgery done, ALL BODIES react differently to surgeries. So your claims are completely baseless. I've been with Dr William capito since 2008 he's the best back surgeon ever he has kept me walking because without him doing back surgery on me I wouldn't be walking right now he is the best
Spent two hours waiting - the nurse practitioner came in for initial consult . Requested to see the Dr. - he never came in to greet me . Treated like a second class citizen. "I was told yeah most specialist there's a wait " . I've had the BEST specialist and customer service / experience is never underrated. Awful experience ! Very disappointing since I was referred by two others !
Suffered for over 4 years through two other doctors and practices ...(all they wanted to do was give shots which didn't last or didn't work.) In less than two visits Dr Cappicotto not only listened to what caused me on going pain but he then took two different position X-Rays that none of the other doctors did!!!. Dr Cappicotto had me diagnosed and in surgery in less than a month of my first visit and the other practices had me suffer for over 4 years!! I had L4 L5 and S1 fusion done in November I'm still recovering.
Dr Capicotta is not just a great Dr, he's also a great person. He listens to you and believe and understand your pain.
