Right from the start when we liaisoned with admin, Sharon showed us the upmost care and emotional support. Mum was settled into the Gumtree wing where the staff gave her all the help and loving care she needed. We found that a number of the staff members went above and beyond the level of care required. (Especially Julie). We cannot sing their praises enough. Patrick and Naomi in their admin roles gave us continual updates via email as we were living overseas. Our mum, Joyce Mccarthy fell and broke her hip so unfortunately, we had to put her into a aged care facility. After visiting many places, we were recommended William Cape Gardens, from the moment Sharon showed us around we knew straight away mum would love it here. We didn't realize just how much Mum enjoyed the physio, games, arts and crafts, singing, entertainment, and the cinema. She made many friends with both staff and residents.
