Very professional and spent time explaining the procedure. Everything went well.
Dr. Caldwell was very inviting and friendly and very acknowledgeable. He definitely knows his stuff. I’m glad I was able to get an appointment the same day I called CEENTA! I called aroun 9am and was there at my appointment within an hr. I was in pain of my strep throat, he prescribed antibiotics and was finished in less than 15min. Overall it was a Pleasant experience.
Dr. Caldwell is very easy to talk with & creates a very safe space. His nurse is also very kind and comforting (Carol?).I just went through major brain surgery to remove a tumor & lost hearing in left ear. This caused alot of negative balance and vertigo issues. He gave me the hope I was looking for to be able to navigate a very difficult situation. I could've seen someone else but personally chose to see him given the safe space that he provides. I'd highly recommend him. Kim B.
Dr. Caldwell was very thorough in his knowledge to me as a mother and reassuring to my child in explaining possible solutions. Very pleased with our appointment and plan moving forward.
