Mr. Marcia, the Office Manager and other duties is very professional, attentive to me as a patient, shows concerns, and knowledgeable. He drew blood and there was no feeling. Thanks for taking excellent care of me. The office staff was very polite and showed an interest in my well-being.
Horribly UNPROFESSIONAL. Horrible customer service. Especially the practice manager (Marcellus). I tried to get some urine and blood labs done and they scheduled a telemedicine appointment the next day at 2:00pm to go over the results. I was not able to speak to a provider until 4:00pm. AND I HAD TO CALL THEM. When an appointment is set for a certain time, that time should be honored. Dr mcgarity is no longer there. In our opinion, The new management sucks. wouldn't recommend them. Bad experience. The Billing is out of state and messed up.
My visit today was pleasant. The waiting room and bathroom was clean. Nothing to complain about. Marcellus was able to draw blood for my lab work with no problem as most people struggle to get it almost everywhere I go. My only concern is the room in the back is uncomfortable. It reminds me of a storage closet. Otherwise, great visit. Thanks you guys
Trying to get a prescription refilled for an ongoing condition has become a huge & annoying issue with this office. Because the staff is always changing, the rules are always changing. The patient should be made aware of any changes in rx refill request verbally & should also be posted in the office. It seems the office procedures were not being administered correctly when the Dr was physically in the office & the new revolving door staff is now correcting procedures without patient notification until a rx refill is requeste... read more
