I went in with medical concerns and requested labs to better understand my condition. I followed up repeatedly, calling the office for results, but they never answered. I even tried going in person, only to find the office closed on a Friday, despite Google showing they were supposed to be open. I have been a patient of Doctor William C. Mcgarity for about 25 years. Since his retirement I'm still a patient with the new staff. The new staff are wonderful. They are very positive, polite, and efficient. Mrs. Otache
