Do NOT choose this practice ! They are absolutely horrible ! Every visit there is a different provider ! Every visit no one knows your history ! Trying to contact them is like trying to contact the president . They call 3 times a day to remind you of an appt but can’t make sure your prescriptions are refilled . I was on a medication that is highly recommended to not abruptly stop , yet they ignored the pharmacy calls as well as mine and had me in withdrawals for days ! They truly cares about their clients, & Marcellis was a great help! I truly appreciate the staff here.
Mr. Marcia, the Office Manager and other duties is very professional, attentive to me as a patient, shows concerns, and knowledgeable. He drew blood and there was no feeling. Thanks for taking excellent care of me. The office staff was very polite and showed an interest in my well-being.
Horribly UNPROFESSIONAL. Horrible customer service. Especially the practice manager (Marcellus). I tried to get some urine and blood labs done and they scheduled a telemedicine appointment the next day at 2:00pm to go over the results. I was not able to speak to a provider until 4:00pm. AND I HAD TO CALL THEM. When an appointment is set for a certain time, that time should be honored.
