Dr Kramer thorough, nice… his medical assistant very friendly, attentive; X-ray tech friendly & efficient…the older, long gray-ish hair front desk person impatient, seemed annoyed to have people there…this has been her attitude every interaction…this is why only 4 star
Dr. Kramer was very good at explaining things in easy to understand terms. He gave me some options and listened to my questions.
Great office and support staff. Easy to get an appointment that fit my calendar. Dr. Kramer spent ample time explaining everything.
