My wife had an eye problem on the weekend and the Dr. texted, called and had her send pictures detailing the issue. Dr. Fruchtman then called in a prescription to the pharmacy, which started her recovery. Great Dr, great attitude and extremely helpful off hours. Can not say enough good things about our experience with Dr. Fruchtman.
Called for an appointment was told they are too busy call back to schedule, not even take down my information and call me. Definitely will be calling another Doctor where the staff can at least take a phone number and call the patient back.
I went to Dr. Fruchtman as a new patient the end of February. He asked why I was changing optometrist after so many years & I told him it was because the past few time I & other family members had received the prescriptions that had proven to be wrong. After my exam Dr. Frenchman told me my glasses would take about about 10 days to come in. Heard nothing & finally called the office on 3/23. Went in 3/26 & guess what? The lens were the wrong prescription! I'm now looking for yet another doctor
