We went to Dr. Carter for a second opinion. First of all, according to my husband, he gave him the most thorough physical he has ever had. Then, he sat and talked to us for two and a half hours! He is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate and understanding. He stayed after his staff left to make sure all of our concerns were addressed . We have a clear follow up plan and are encouraged to call anytime for any questions. He also gave us reference books to further our knowledge, research etc.A+
