I have been seeing Dr. Bayer since 2017. And right now my thyroid is good
UPDATE: If Northwestern is your problem, take that up with them or find another system that suits your needs... do NOT blame Dr. Bayer! The most recent review by another person states "It appears Northwestern does not believe in preventive care that requires a specialist rather than a general practitioner." Clearly they have issues with the system but because Dr. Bayer is the one having to follow protocol and wouldn't take them as a patient, negative feedback is left for him by this person? Not cool! If your labs are normal but have proof that you have a thyroid disease and have been diagnosed by another Endocrinologist, this doctor will not see you. I was also informed that once your labs are normal you will no longer be a patient. Northwestern expect you to go to a primary doctor rather than going to an Endocrinologist even with proof of a condition that suffice treatment by a Endocrinologist.
