Very friendly staff, it was my first visit with Dr. Richmond, he was very pleasant and I was very pleased. He explained everything to my understanding, I would definitely recommend him to anyone that has a problem. I love this group.
Dr. Richmond was awesome! He was very thorough on the surgical procedure for my broken ankle. My surgery was scheduled in a timely manner and afterwards my pain was manageable . When I had any questions, I would contact his Assistant, Cheryl, and she would get me an answer quickly. I highly recommend Dr. Richmond!
Dr. William Richmond, II is an exceptional surgeon. I received the absolutely the best care possible. I know this because I’ve been a nurse for 53 years. His caring attitude and concern, post op/follow up instructions, reassurance, makes him a number one in my opinion.
Careful, Compassionate, Thorough, Accommodating, Knowledgeable, Lighthearted, all rolled up in Nurses and Doctors... So if you have a hurt limb, GO!
