A lawyer that doesn't prepare or care – I had the misfortune of being represented by Mr. Muench and he did more harm than good. He was paid a substantial retainer fee and then requested more and more...you know the drill. Anyway, he was not prepared for my trial and forgot to bring to court several of the legal documents and papers needed.
