The staff and doctor were very caring. They understood exactly what the issue was. I felt very comfortable.
I would not recommend. HIPPA violations that I reported to staff and were causally dismissed. If an office is not compliant with basic standards of cleanliness and HIPPA it makes me feel there are more issues that will follow. HIPPA violation: when a urine sample is left with the patients name it is to be gathered immediately and secured to prevent any possible contamination or tampering and to ensure privacy. There were 5 all together in the bathroom with patient names were they could easily be seen, tampered with or contam... read more
