Dr. Brown is excellent👍
Absolutely terrible experience. First they canceled my appointment without telling me. Then when we got it rescheduled, they submitted the wrong billing code to the insurance company, so my insurance rejected the claim. They have acknowledged that the mistake was their error, but NINE MONTHS LATER it is still unresolved and now I have a collection agency trying to collect a bill that I do not owe. Dr. Brown's office still has not resolved the issue. Dr. Brown may be competent but NOBODY in his office is. Avoid at all costs
Great Doctor very nice gentleman
Recently had a colonoscopy and upper endoscopy with Dr. Brown. He was excellent. The staff at the Summit Medical group Bensley Pavillion were amazing. From Ruth the admitting Nurse who eased my worries, to Dr. B (the anesthesiologist) and Patty his Nurse anesthetist, Emmanuel in the procedure room who reassured me that it will be well, and Joy the recovery Nurse, everyone was phenomenal!!! Thank you to Dr. Brown and this wonderful team of medical professionals.
Dr. Brown, is an amazing Dr. , He is so kind , he makes you feel good, even when something is wrong. I trust him with my life. His secretary Tiffany is also a great lady, very kind. I highly recommend Dr. Brown
