Had a leak in my attic as a result of an issue with my attic fan. I got a few prices and compared other services but ultimately went with William Brooks. They came out to assess quickly and once we decide to do the work, it was also a quick, painless process. They do not offer warranties on repair work but that seems pretty normal from what I gathered. Brooks roofing was helpful and professional from getting the estimate to finishing the roof. The roofers were on time and finished the job in one day. They cleaned as they worked and left our house in great shape! They took down our old roof, replaced the roof, installed an attic fan and replaced the gutters and downspouts all for a great price!

Great experience from start to finish!!! Easiest transaction ever. Bill came out wrote up my estimate. I contacted his office, placed my deposit. I was advised they would text message me the night before. Two weeks later I received a text message that they would be out my residence at 7am the following morning. They arrived at 6:30am.
