It all started with a phone call on a Friday to an appointment at 10:00am on Monday by George Brockman who discussed all our options then gave us his opinion which we went with. Confirmed order on Monday then scheduled the new furnace/ac unit to be installed on Thursday. We were met by a fabulous team of young gentleman Jordan, Alex and Justin who gave us the BEST SERVICE & INSTALLATION!! Highly recommend them 👍
We’ve been a loyal Brockman customer for over 27 years. Our furnace /ac system went down and since it’s 26 years old we were bracing to be told we must replace the unit. Extremely honest technician (Joe) found a loose wire and then spent an hour double checking everything inside and outside. The unit is working like a new one. This is why I make referrals every chance I get to recommend William Brockman and Sons, The best!

We have worked with Brockman for service and a furnace replacement and an AC replacement. Communication is always great (never automated or outsourced!) they always get us scheduled quickly and when they are on site they do everything with care!
