I had a new furnace put in by Brockman and I am extremely pleased with the workmanship, quality and knowledge of the installation crew. They put in my mother’s complete HVAC system and we were also very pleased with that process also.
We moved in May and the place had Lenox HVAC. We decided to go with a Lenox dealer for service.Thus, Brockman and Sons. We had them check out the HVAC system. They cleaned the AC better than any co we’ve previously used, reamed out an in-floor dryer vent, and just added a humidifier to the furnace. Gotta say Brockman employees are responsive, responsible, courteous, knowledgeable and technically proficient. Prices are reasonable as well. Absolutely no complaints from us.
I compared Google reviews of four different companies before choosing this one. The service is everything a homeowner wants: prompt response and service, experienced worker who immediately diagnosed what went wrong and fixed the problem, reasonable pricing, great workmanship. I recommend this company wholeheartedly.
This past weekend I called Brockman and Sons and left a message about my heat pump not maintaining temperature. The Miami Valley has been under a major heat warning starting that day. They called me back within the hour and was at my home shortly after that. They were prompt and helped locate the problem. I cannot say how much I appreciate all they did to alleviate the problem.
