Our furnace was struggling for a long time. Others told us to replace it. On the second time out, Joe and others went through it very carefully and determined there was water damage and yellow jackets built a nest in the outflow and it was blocked. 3 hours of work. I appreciate them going the extra mile to really get to the root of the problem. Good price too.
Apparently they allow people to work for the while seemingly high or under the influence. Definitely would not choose them in the future!
