My husband has been waiting a month to see if something can be covered under our insurance. We have asked several questions, which none have been answered. We have called the office to no avail. What does that tell you. Judging from the last guys remarks,,; I do believe this is an omen to stay away. We will look for someone else. Just found out we are stuck with a 1500 dollar bill. Dr Woods himself, although busy is a good guy. He could slow down on taking patients to spend a little more time than 5 min with a patient. Paula, one of his office staff is horrible. Got an attitude with me over trying to explain my military insurance to her. She tried to explain the process of the wrong insurance to me. She then lied to Dr.Woods and put notes in and had me discharged from his care.
