Misdiagnosed me, rude staff, and terrible bed side manner. There aren’t many words to describe the hopeless feeling after leaving this office. I was made to feel less than & as an inconvenience because I wanted to ask questions about my Illness. Showed me his chemo chairs as a means to scare me into medication. DO NOT COME HERE!
Dr. Brelsford and Tim are great. The rest of the staff is slow to respond, if they ever do follow up. They have started using some questionable billing practices outside of contracted insurance rates. They claim to communicate but it’s not the same office it used to be and despite my love for Dr. B, I’m finding another provider. Everything has gone downhill in 7 years of dealing with the office staff.
Very personable organization from Dr. Brelsford to his staff! Excellent services, highly recommended hands down.
