Owner lied! What a terrible jeweler! Put the wrong pin in my Fossil watch band & said my battery might be leaking & the watch needed a cleaning. How terrible for a business owner to purposely lie to a customer. Took it to a real jeweler, she replaced the pin & battery, absolutely nothing wrong with my watch. And how long have you been in business. Shame on you!
The owner was so friendly and accomodating. I drove 2 hours to get my Jord watch sized.. Well worth the drive. Great conversation while I waited, excellent service, and o found a few must haves while I was there.
