The actual service at Bill King Clinic has been superb; however, the system for getting appointments has been unbelievably difficult. During the last 2 days I have made over 20 telephone calls to attempt to get an appointment to see a podiatrist. And during those long phone calls (to extension 8636) after being on hold for long periods, the system shifts me over to call centers and the whole cycle starts over . . . been through all of this at least THIRTY (30) times . . . utterly ridiculous!
