Spent almost 5 hours here just WAITING. Staff is unorganized, listened to phones ring off the hook while staff walked away from desk for 15+ minutes. ER FAST TRACK rooms need a deep cleaning, and redecorating. Nurse who came in to “diagnose” me didn’t give me but 15 seconds to describe my symptoms before cutting me off. I will drive across Texas to avoid this ER.
