Not the friendliest or most welcoming staff. I was looking to purchase 2 Rolexes and potentially a 3rd watch from another brand. I went with my parents over the weekend and the lady working there barely made an attempt to assist, made it overly obvious that she was trying to check out what watch I had on, because I had my hands in my pockets, and then told us that whatever we are looking for would not be available and that nothing else would be available until 2026. Amazing service! I just looked for if there were one of my favorite Yacht Model in stock and was surprised to find that I could buy one right away. This is my first Rolex. I'm very grateful to Rita, for her outstanding service. I will definitely recommend my friends to come back.

Just picked up the Rolex Yacht Master a week ago. Experience with this AD is exceptional. Rita had been very patient and helped me narrow down the Rolexes that looks best on my small wrist. She's a pleasure to work with and I will be sure to visit again soon.
