I visited William Barthman Jeweler couple weeks ago and had a great experience thanks to Eman. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient throughout the entire visit. She took the time to walk me through different Rolex models, answered all my questions, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. If you’re visiting William Barthman Jeweler, I highly recommend asking for Eman—excellent service and a great overall experience.
I stopped in to be added to the wait list for a steel Rolex years ago and then never heard back. Same story at Watches of Switzerland in Hudson Yards. A senior sales illegibly penciled my name and phone number into her notebook. I didn't have high hopes from the start. Bucherer/Tourneau got back to me only to try to offer me alternate models and styles. So I've decided Rolexes aren't for me, or anything else they sell.
Steven was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and so helpful. Definitely visit him for your next time piece or jewelery purchase! 10/10!
