I had the misfortune of hiring William Ball for my divorce. He is apathetic, slow, and ineffective at his line of work. His office manager, Valerie Nack, also showed complete apathy when the numerous issues with his performance were pointed out. Instead of taking responsibility, they simply threatened me with collections.
