Dr. William B. Wiley is an outstanding physician who exemplifies what compassionate, patient-centered care should look like. I came to him with a very painful tennis elbow injury, and from the start, he took the time to truly listen to my concerns. Dr. Wiley is a very humble man, with advanced medical expertise and he shows compassion toward his patients. I hadn't been able to do hardly anything with my thumb in several months, due to a torn ligament. Dr. Wiley performed surgery to repair the ligament, and I am now back to normal, as if nothing ever happened. Dr. Wiley took time to listen to my concerns. There are plenty of doctors with skilled hands and knowledge. Few, however, combine great skill with a caring heart. Dr. Bill Wiley is one of the few. We're blessed to have him as our caregiver.
Dr. William Wiley performed knee replacement surgery on me in 2021. I went through physical therapy and I was able to achieve outstanding use of my knee. In February 2022, he performed rotator cuff surgery on my shoulder. I’m currently going through physical therapy. Dr. William Wiley is an outstanding Surgeon! The office and medical staff are very friendly and caring. Dr. Wiley is the caring doctor that I have ever met. He performed a TKR on me, and I have had no problems for several years. He is the kind of doctor that will give you his home phone number to call if necessary.
I sought out Dr. Wiley because many friends had been treated by him and all enthusiastically endorsed him. I found him to be easy to talk to, thoroughly explained things, worked me through several options, and finally, with his brother doing one and Dr Wm Wiley the other, did total knee replacement on both knees under the same anesthesia. I was shocked at the original suggestion but am so glad I went this way. I am now 5 months post-op and progressing well. Dr Wiley has performed shoulder SLAP tear surgery and 2 carpel tunnel surgeries on me. I have complete confidence in his technical ability but also appreciate how he communicates with me at appointments. As long as he is available, he will be my doctor.
