The apts. are too high. It's an old school that was built in 1950. It was turned into an apartment building in 1980. Sure it has C/A heat ,but when it's cold or hot ,it takes forever to get your apt cool or warm. Plus your water bill is $55.00 every month . New Owners came came , I had to get out ,To many changes for any and everything.
