Horrible experience. Do not make an appointment with this doctor. I showed up on time for a 9:50 am appointment and 2 hours and 10 minutes later (at noon) I still hadn't seen the doctor. Staff was rude and unable to tell me anything. Disorganized and unprofessional office. I ultimately left without ever seeing the doctor. At least the front desk gave me my co-pay back.
Excellent doctor who genuinely cares about his work and his patients. I have less kind things to say about the administration at this hospital, but Dr. Trattler is so amazing that I would deal with this hospital's administrative and billing issues many times over just to have access to his care.
Dr Trattler is caring, highly skilled and thorough! A wonderful bedside manner, explained all the procedures and coordinated a smooth transition of information between all my doctors. I actually looked forward to every appointment and plan to send others to him for care. I give him 5+++ stars!

Exceptional ophthalmologist and eye surgeon. I underwent eye surgery with him and had an excellent experience from start to finish. He is highly professional, skilled, and caring, and made me feel confident and safe throughout the entire process. The surgery and recovery went smoothly, and the results were outstanding. I highly recommend him.
