An exceptional and caring Ophthalmologist & eye surgeon . I recently underwent cataract surgery on both of my eyes with Dr. Trattler and I am grateful for his excellent training and communication skills. My surgery and recovery went smoothly; just an incredible communicator & equally caring supporting staff .. Thank you Dr. Trattler !
Horrible experience. Do not make an appointment with this doctor. I showed up on time for a 9:50 am appointment and 2 hours and 10 minutes later (at noon) I still hadn't seen the doctor. Staff was rude and unable to tell me anything. Disorganized and unprofessional office. I ultimately left without ever seeing the doctor. At least the front desk gave me my co-pay back.
Excellent doctor who genuinely cares about his work and his patients. I have less kind things to say about the administration at this hospital, but Dr. Trattler is so amazing that I would deal with this hospital's administrative and billing issues many times over just to have access to his care.
Dr Trattler is caring, highly skilled and thorough! A wonderful bedside manner, explained all the procedures and coordinated a smooth transition of information between all my doctors. I actually looked forward to every appointment and plan to send others to him for care. I give him 5+++ stars!
